What are the precautions for drill use

Drill is a kind of commonly used hardware tools products, although the head of the drill is relatively small, but the modern industrial construction industry is inseparable from it, the drill in the use of the process also need to pay attention to some matters, so as to ensure that it can be used normally at the same time, but also to ensure its safety, the use of the drill precautions are what?

Precautions for drill use:

1, in different rock formations, according to the lithology of soft and hard to choose different types of drill, axial pressure and speed; When replacing the drill bit in the middle of the operation in the soft rock layer, strictly check whether the alloy teeth on the palm of the old drill bit and the cone have fallen off to the bottom of the hole. If there is residue of the old drill bit in the hole, do not use the new drill bit in the original hole. When working in rock cracks or rock cracks caused by blasting and goaf, reduce axial pressure and rotation speed to prevent tooth breakage.

2, the drill perforation operation, must follow the perforation of the three elements (wind pressure, axial pressure, speed) and the recommended parameters of the drill sample to match the principle of operation.

3, before the drill in the well, please check the appearance of each part, to verify that the drill wire end face and the drill box and the certificate of the factory number is consistent; There is no new brand mark affixed to the surface of the drill tooth palm to prevent counterfeiting.

4, the drill should be reasonably stored on the drill to prevent dust and other debris from entering the drill.

5, when the new drill bit is drilled, it should be low axial pressure and low speed running for 20-30 minutes, and then gradually increase to normal axial pressure.

6, when the new drill is newly opened, pay attention to removing the debris around the hole (rubble, scrap metal, etc.), at the same time, ventilation slowly, close to the surface, to prevent drilling, impact damage to the drill.

7. When the drilling tool is in the hole, it is strictly prohibited to reverse it to prevent the drill bit from falling into the well.

8, when the drill is in the hole and the air compressor suddenly stops working, the rock slag is easy to enter the drill, so it is strictly prohibited to rotate for a long time, resulting in bearing wear, repeated crushing of the rock slag (or stuck drilling), and accelerated bit wear.

9, in the normal perforation operation, the air compressor main air path can not have a more serious air leakage phenomenon, to ensure sufficient air volume and wind pressure, to extend the service life of the drill.

10. It is strictly prohibited to use bending drill pipe to avoid uneven force on the three teeth palm of the drill and accelerate the damage of the drill.

11. Drill storage should be moisture-proof and ventilated. During the handling process, do not bump the roller and thread.
